Welcome to PlayPlaces

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PlayPlaces mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

  1. Eligibility

The App is available to users in the United States. There are no age restrictions for using the App. However, if you are under 13, you should use the App only with parental supervision.

  1. User-Generated Content

Users can add listings, submit photos, and write reviews. By submitting content, you agree to the following guidelines:

•   Authenticity: Your reviews and content must be based on your personal experiences.
•   Relevance: Ensure your content is relevant to the business being reviewed.
•   No Conflicts of Interest: Do not review your own business or any business you are closely associated with.
•   Privacy: Do not share personal information about others without their consent.
•   No Hate Speech or Harassment: Content promoting hate, harassment, or discrimination is prohibited.
•   No Promotional Content: Do not use reviews for advertising purposes.
  1. Data Collection and Use

We collect the following information:

•   Names
•   Personal email addresses
•   Company’s phone numbers, addresses, and contact information

If bookings are made with a business, we may also collect:

•   Phone numbers
•   Addresses
•   Credit card information

We may share names, emails, and phone numbers with companies for booking purposes.

  1. Handling Disputes and Complaints

Disputes or complaints about content will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to remove any content, users, or listings that violate our guidelines or these Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

  1. Future Services

While we do not currently offer paid services or subscriptions, we may introduce external ads that users can click on to visit respective pages. Additionally, users may be able to make bookings with companies through their listings if booking services are offered in the future.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
